We received this for a gift last Christmas, and one of us uses it quite frequently. Since we both are on different schedules, a full pot of coffee often goes to waste. This is easy to use, the coffee is HOT, and the mug keeps it hot on the commute to work. We just purchased another one for my 94 year old father who still makes his own coffee every morning, but only needs 1 cup!
