Was a little nervous about ordering this product...but it had a significant amount of positive reviews. My major concern was that the tea would not be strong enough... I was perfectly happy with the result. If you prefer specific teas, or are a tea hobbiest, maybe this wouldn't be the way to go...but if you're looking for a tea pot you can turn, walk away to complete a task and have a cup of tea waiting for you when you return, it's worth the money. The bonus for me...my daughter loves a cup of tea before school, but mornings can be hectic...now if she gets up while I'm on my morning run, she can have her tea and doesn't have to wait for the water to boil because it's ready for her. I use only decaf tea and I'm happy so far! :)
