The filtron makes a great cup of hot or iced coffee. After 8 years, I still have no regrets on buying this product.
From brewing the concentrate, you get all of the flavor from the beans but none of the bitterness. Prior to the Filtron, I did not care for coffees that when brewed hot had a lot of bitterness to them but the same coffee brewed in the Filton has very little if any bitterness at all.
The Filtron has made me into sort of a coffee snob. I rarely drink coffee in my office anymore becuase of the bitterness (I usually keep a stash of concentrate in our break room). This is a great product that I would recommend to any coffee lover.
