This carafe was exactly like the original and works perfectly.
It arrived in excellent condition inside the shipping box in the inner, original packaging shipped from Germany. The only complaint I have was trying to find the correct part number. I went to a different web site to get the correct part number for the item I needed, then searched for it on Amazon, since entering the coffee maker part number showed no search results
