Like the others, I am shocked this product is still on the market. I have had this tea maker for about 4 years now, and for the past year it spills everywhere when you try to pour the awkward shaped/heavy pitcher. Looking for a replacement. Also, the double insulated acrylic has cracked so much, and there is now tea that has somehow seeped in between the layers. Impossible to clean.
